Top 10 Dragon Ball S.H.Figuarts Wishlist

Tamashii Nations/Bandai has been releasing 20+ Dragon Ball S.H.Figuarts per year lately, so it’s a bit confusing that a lot of popular characters have not received a figure. Here is our top 10 list of Dragon Ball characters that should receive a figure (hopefully soon).

Honorable Mentions

King Kai

Here is a character that wouldn’t require a lot of articulation. King Kai played a pivotal role in training Goku to battle the arriving Saiyans. He taught Goku how to use Kaioken. It would be fun to pose Goku training with King Kai. We hope King Kai’s eventual SH Figuarts comes with Gregory and Bubbles.

SH Figuarts Kid Buu

Kid Buu

Kid Buu would have definitely cracked our top 10, if he had not recently received a 3rd party SH Figuarts treatment. From what it seems, that figure met all expectations, but who doesn’t want an official release? Kid Buu is all about destruction, so he should definitely come with some sort of beam effect. He should also come with several quirky and evil faces.

SH Figuarts World Tournament Announcer

World Martial Arts Announcer

I fully admit I may be the only person who may want this figure, but I find the idea of posing a World Martial Arts Tournament scene with this figure to be fun. It will make any diorama look more alive since we know how prominent this guy is during those tournaments. The figure should come with a microphone, and I would like there to be different faces representing the different ages.

Tien (Dragon Ball Super)

I have always been a fan of Tien, since he first appeared in the original Dragon Ball series. He is a cool character, who has somehow managed to not become irrelevant, like Yamcha, over the years. Tien stalling Cell with his barrage of Tri-Beam attacks will forever be one of the coolest scenes in all of Dragon Ball. I’m glad they included him in the Tournament of Power, even for a short time. Although his green outfit in DBZ is iconic, his new design in Dragon Ball Super was not a downgrade.

#10 Son Goku GT Adult

Son Goku GT Adult

At number 10 because we’ve already had so many Goku’s over the years. This version of Goku will forever hold a special place in my heart since I absolutely loved the bittersweet ending of Dragon Ball GT. I want to recreate the final shot of Goku telling us “Till we meet again.” A $35 version would suffice.

#9 Toppo

Toppo

I though Toppo was an underrated character from Dragon Ball Super. He is very strong and skilled fighter, who is in-line to become the next Destroyer God in Universe 11. We need this figure for further Tournament of Power scene posing. Preferably we would see both his base form and his Destroyer Form.

#8 Majuub

SH Figuarts Majuub

Majuub

Goku’s last ever apprentice. Majuub (or just Uub) is the good reincarnation of Kid Buu. Although the character was completely mishandled in Dragon Ball GT, I do still really like his design, especially after becoming one with Majin Buu. Since Tamashii is currently releasing a lot of GT SH Figuarts, I fully expect we will see this one soon.

#7 Pikkon

Pikkon

Pikkon was only with us for a short period of time, but he really left an impression. A really powerful fighter, Pikkon was able to take Goku to the limit in the Otherworld Tournament Saga. He later appeared in the Fusion Reborn movie, coming to the aid of Goku. I think the figure would look really cool in any scene.

#6 Omega Shenron

SH Figuarts Omega Shenron

Omega Shenron

The Final Boss. It took the energy of the whole universe to defeat him. Omega Shenron looks wickedly awesome, and would definitely stand out in any collection. How can Tamashii Nations not release an Omega Shenron while they are in a GT-release-spree.

#5 Videl

Videl

Videl was such a great character during the Buu Saga. I really enjoyed seeing her slowly open up to Gohan and his family. She had great character development, starting as the cocky daughter of Hercule, to realizing that Gohan/Goku are the real heroes and wanting to learn from them. I really liked the original design of Videl with the ponytails, but I could also see the reasoning behind getting a figure with short hair. I hope Tamashii finds a way to include both, but they will most likely be separate figures.

#4 Dabura

SH Figuarts Dabura

Dabura

Solely based on shelf presence, I think Dabura takes the cake. Dabura just looks cool. The character started off as menacing, but let’s not get into how he eventually got portrayed. I hope Tamashii figures out a way to incorporate the stone-turning element of his character into the figure.

#3 Kid Goten & Kid Trunks

SH Figuarts Kid Goten Kid Trunks

Kid Goten & Kid Trunks

Please Tamashii, the fanbase has been asking for these two for a while. We need a kid version of both Gotens and Trunks with Fusion Dance Fingers. I am willing to wait for SDCC 2025, if necessary. A special box containing both characters with different heads for Super Saiyan versions would be amazing. Make it happen!

#2 Semi-Perfect Cell

SH Figuarts Semi Perfect Cell

Semi-Perfect Cell

How has this figure not been released yet? It has been years since Perfect Cell was released. It has been years since Imperfect Cell was released. Frieze has received a figure for all of his forms. We just need this form to complete the Cell Trifecta. I want to recreate the aforementioned Tien Tri-beam scene so bad. Make it happen Tamashii!

#1 Future Gohan

SH Figuarts Future Gohan

Future Gohan

Aura personified. Future Gohan is the kind of character I wish our timeline’s Gohan eventually became. He had a subtle calmness about him, yet was willing to die fighting for what’s right (and he did). This figure should come with an alternate Super Saiyan head, and an amputated arm part (like the Piccolo figure).

So that’s our list. There are still so many more characters that need a figure. Who would you like to see?
